It's time to step back into the lab but this time, with your shopping bags! 🛍️

E-commerce platforms that are full of valuable customer data, why not use them in your AI agents to deliver magical customer experiences?

In this month's DevLabs, we're joined by the Shopify Plus agency: Parkfield Commerce! They'll kickoff the session sharing their app Streamline Connector + their learnings and outcomes from building a Voiceflow x Shopify AI agent for their client Drake Waterfowl.

For the workshop we're experimenting with not one, but two chat extensions for your Shopify AI agent:

  1. 🔒 A secure One-Time-Password (OTP) user authentication flow

Create an embedded form in your AI agent that collects user contact information, sends a verification code, and connects to Shopify's Admin API to pull user data for seamless order tracking or returns

  2. 📸 Handle order management with intelligent image scanning

Learn how to integrate an image recognition extension within your webchat. This feature allows users to activate camera permissions and scan documents, making order management more efficient and user-friendly.

Best of all, these extensions will be featured in Peter Isaac’s Making Bots series, happening on September 25!

Whether you're focused on security, innovation, or both for your e-commerce agents—this DevLab is for you. Save a spot.
